Welcome to our February Blog Hop featuring Cardstock Creations.  To purchase any of the items seen in our blog hop today, contact your local consultant to place an order.

We hope that you will take the time to leave comments on our posts, as we love to get feedback from our viewers....whether it was something that you really liked or some new technique that was used that you would like to learn how to do....by leaving us comments, we get to hear what you like, and what you want to see. Thank you… now on to our hop!

If you have just hopped onto my blog, you can start here as this is a circular hop and I'm the first stop when hopping from East Coast to West Coast.  If you have come here from Janet's blog at Jan's Works of Heart then you are in the right place!

I had so much fun creating this Triple Time Stamped Card, since this month's blog theme is to use cardstock without any patterned paper. So what do you do when you are not able to use patterned paper, you create your own.

I used Pomegrante cardstock for my base and mats, and the stamping is all done on White Daisy Cardstock.  I used 2 stamp sets, the 1st is the January SOTM, Beloved Bouquet, and the 2nd is Blooming Expressions D1665.  I used first generation and second generation stamping, as well as base and shade stamping.  The colors used on this project are, Pomegrante, Glacier, Fern, Cashmere and Black Ink for the sentiment.

Your next stop on the Cross Canada Hop is Nicky of Simply Artistic.

If you get lost along the way, you can come here as I have posted the complete blog list.

Brae-er's Team Blog Hop - Valentine's Day

Welcome to the Brae-er's Team Blog Hop featuring Valentine's Day crafts.  If you just came from Brae's blog then you are in the right place, also, if you get lost along the way, you can come back to her to get back on track.

On Friday I was asked to come in and do crafts with both my oldest daughter's class and my son's class, plus another class of grade 1's.  So how do you prepare crafts for 60 kids, you dig out your cricut and CTMH cartridges.

So, the first project was a card from the Artfully Sent cartridge that we made smaller to fit in the valentine bags and boxes that they had previously made. I cut it using retired Blush cardstock, and they had a piece of Colonial White cardstock that they could color and back the cut hearts.

The second project was a treat box, that us Canadian's refer too as the Timbit Box. This box can be found on the Artiste cartridge. The kids could decorate them before they got assembled.  I choose to decorate my box with the negative space from the heart card.

The final project was making this super cute owl card, which is cut from Colonial White, Black, Blush, and Holiday Red cardstock.  (the Blush and Holiday Red are both retired colors) We then stamped hearts and the sentiment onto the card.  The sentiment is from January's SOTM, and the heart is from a past SOTM as well.

I hope that you enjoyed the class craft projects.  Now hop on over to Sheri's blog and see what kind of craftiness she has been up to.

I really like the Sangria paper with this month's SOTM, Balloon Animals.  The colors really pop, and I used some of the new colors that was recently introduced to stamp the balloons.

Ink Colors: Poppy, Pomegranate, Sapphire, Eggplant, and Saffron.
I used the gold foil tape which really looks great with this paper.
I used the Confetti Embossing folder and theQuatrefoil Embossing folder to add dimension. The sentiments and balloon animals were all popped using Foam Tape.

Confetti Embossing folder, gold foil, sand paper to reveal the white core, random stamping, fuzzy cutting
Fuzzy Cutting, gold foil tape, doodling with Journal pen
Quartefoil and Confetti Embossing folders, sand paper
