Beautiful You Triple Layer Stamping

So today I spent a little time creating in-between hanging out with the kids.  I had them help me create a video to show how easy it is to create a beautifully stamped triple layer image. I used one of our new Thin Cut and Stamp bundle called Beautiful You.

Here is a little video showing how easy it is to use these stamps(I had a little helper by the name of Abbigail help create the video, waiting for my tripod to arrive).

I created my base using Pixie and Heather Cardstock, and now that our cardstock is two-toned, I was able to use the lighter shade for the Heather cs.  To cover the seam, I used a piece of White Shimmer Trim. I matted White Daisy Cardstock ontop of the same shade of Heather cs for my sentiment.  After stamping the flowers and leaves, I cut them out using the Thin Cuts, and adhered them using 3D Foam Tape. To finish is off I added 3 Bashful Pearls.

Supplies used:
White Daisy CS
Pixie CS
Heather CS (lighter side)
White Shimmer Trim
Bashful ink
Pixie ink
Blossom ink
Willow ink
Black ink
Bashful Pearls
3D Foam Tape

For my project I decided to scrapbook my kids First Day of School photos from 2016.  It was a big day, as my oldest Jaymee was starting Junior High School, and my youngest was starting Primary.

I started with a Colonial White base, and added Cranberry Cardstock, and I stamped a border in Cranberry ink around the edge of the cardstock, given it that tone on tone look.  The photos are matted with the secondary color of Lemon Cardstock, our Cardstock is now Two-toned.  For the title, First Day of School, I stamped using White Daisy pigment ink on Black cardstock. The frame is stamped in Toffee ink, and I used the secondary color Toffee Cardstock.
