This first card I used 2 of the the Bestie series stamps, Oliva and Lucy.  I created the backgrounds using stencils and ink, and acrylic gloss sprays.  The balloons are coloured with Shimmer Brushes.  Too finsh off the card I added some White Dots.

For this card I used Smoothie cardstock for the cardbase, and the multi-window thin cut as a layer.  The pattern under the thin cut is a embossing folder that I inked with Smoothie to give it a soft appearance.  I used Snuggle Up stamp and thin cut set for the images and a sentiment from a well used sentiment set.  Finally, the card is finished by adding some coloured clear sparkles.

This card was inspired by a card I seen created by a fellow maker.  I inked up white cardstock with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide and used the Floral Thin Cut.  The stamp set is the Daisy Meadows scrapbooking set.  I used the Stitched Scallop Brackets for the sentiment.  Markers used with Coral Blend and Alpine Green Blend.

This card also uses the Daisy Meadows Scrapbooking set, along with the paper from that collection.  The sentiment is actually printed on cardstock from my printer......when you don't have the sentiment, use your computer/printer.

My final card is using the stamp set Cherry Blossoms.  I used the Lattice thin cut for the background.  I hand cut the cherry blossoms.  Finally I added gold glitter gems to finish it off....simple, delicate and lovely.

For my card, I pulled Peach and Blue Belle from the pile of scraps I had laying on my table for inspiration.  I used muliple stamps to great the layers on this card, alternating between the Peach and Blue Belle.  The top row is Peach solid hearts with the outline stamped in Blue Belle, the 2nd layer is tone on tone stamping which is replicated at the bottom as well.  Then you see 2 rows of the joy happiness xo love stamped in Blue Bell.  Next row is the mini hearts border, followed by the plaid stamped in Blue Belle. The sentiment is from the Month's of the Year - February stamp, and to finish is off I took a Wooden Heart and coloured in with Blue Belle Shimmer Brush.  This was such a fun card to make.

If you came from Kristine's Blog then you are in the right place!

My first card I wanted to keep it simple but lots of fun.  I started by pulling out the Wood Grain collection of papers to pair up with the Tile Letters stamp/thin cut set.  I matted the wood grain on black cardstock and wrapped some twine around the wood grain.  I used 3D foam to pop the wood grain up off the black cardstock.  The Letters are stamped in Espresso Ink. The Tiles are Almond cardstock, and the woodgrain pattern is stamped in Toffee Ink.  I wanted a pop of colour so I pulled out the wooden heart embellishments and added Red Shimmer Brush.  It really pops right?

My second card was just as super simple as my first, I used the Happiness Lives Here paper collection and the Happiness Lives Here Cardmaking Stamp/thin cut set.  I stamped the Hello in Smoothie Ink and it is popped up over the banner with 3D foam tape.  The Banner is from the Pennant Thin Cut set.  Again I dug into the Wooded Heart Embellishments and again added Shimmer Brush, this time in Sangria.  I just love the shimmer on the heart.  Clean and simple is sometimes my favorite style of card.

For my project I chose to keep it simple. I started with a Black card base and used the colour washed pattern as the base for my design.  I added a raised sentiment matted on Black Cardstock.  The Heart is stamped in Ballerina with the sentiment stamped ontop in Black in.  I added some Black Pearl dots for embellishment and coloured 2 of our wooden hearts in Flamingo Shimmer Brush.  I thought they needed something so also added the Black pearl to the hearts.  To finish off the card I doodled some lines around the sentiment.
