Advent Calendar Blog Hop

Welcome to our second of 2 Blog Hops happening this month. In this Hop you will find that each consultant has created a calendar, we've used different materials and created our own take on advent calendars!  Close To My Heart has an Advent Calendar WOTG kit that you can purchase from your local consultant, or you can purchase from from me here.

If you have just hopped onto my blog, you can start here as this is a circular hop, but if you want to follow us across Canada then please start at the beginning and join Darla in Nova Scotia at Caution: Crafting is Contagious If you came from Darla's blog then you are in the right place!

Please excuse the poor quality of my photo, my picture editor decided tonight would be a good night to crash.

I chose to use the display tray which can be found on page 129 of the current Idea Book for only $19.95 . Since the display tray only has 12 openings, I thought it was perfect for the 12 Days of Christmas. I used current paper, as well as some retired was a bit of a challenge as I had to figure out how to make doors to well as make it fun for the kids. I really like how it turned out, I hope you like it too. The cavities are big enough to place some chocolate Santa's.
