Introducing Stargazer 1 Sheet Wonder 20 card Workshop

I'm so very excited to be announcing the release of my Stargazer 1 Sheet Wonder 20 Card Workshop.

I really enjoyed creating this workshop, the cute astronaut, super boy and super girl were fun to create.

I used colors found in the paper collection and chose to use the Watercolor pencils as my medium, but you are free to choose which medium you want.

What I love about this workshop is that there are 5 designs, with 4 of each card being created.  That means that you as a consultant can teach this workshop in a number of ways.  You can have 1 cutting guide per person, so they would create 20 cards.  You could have it for 2 people, they would each create 10 cards, 2 of each design, or you could teach it to 4 people, creating 1 of each design.

It's really up to you.  Now lets have a closer look at each card.

I decided to make a birthday invitation using this month's stamp set.  I really love Peacock and Lagoon together, and so I paired them up for the invitation.  I started with a Peacock cardstock for the base and the mat for the sentiment.  I created a background paper using another stamp, stamped in 2nd generation Peacock in, and matted that with Lagoon cardstock.  The sentiment, Super Birthday Party is stamped in Lagoon ink, and I doodled around the edges.  I used some left over(retired) blue enamels for embellishment.

I didn't have a chance to finish the inside of the invitation, my family is under the attach of a flu bug.  I will add the inside in another post.

For this card, I used the Bashful cardstock as my base I also used the Rose Embossing Folder, its my favorite.  I decided to make it shimmer and added the clear Shimmer Brush to the embossed images.  I used the Chelsea Gardens Scrapbooking stamp set and stamped in Pixie and Bashful for the flowers, the centers are in Glacier ink, and the leaves are stamped in Juniper.  I pulled the sentiment from the Chelsea Gardens Cardmaking stamp set and it's stamped in Black Ink.  I added some doodling to finish off the banner.

For this second card, I added the Gold Shimmer Brush to the debossed side of the card, the grooves caught all the shimmer.  Then I decided I wanted to make a monogram style card, and used 2 of the Hostess stamp sets for this, Farmhouse Alphabet, and Monogram Crest.

For my project I choose to focus on Friendship.  I used the Gimme Some Sugar Paper collection, and the Chelsea Gardens cardmaking stamp set to create these 2 simple 4*4 cards.  I added some doodling to the blue plaid card, and decided to leave the images uncolored.  The pink card I added some banners. I was thinking about adding some bling, but decided I liked the simplicity of these cards.

Your next stop on the Cross Canada Hop is Colleen.

I am really loving the Making Waves collection, and so I used 3 patterns from this collection, some purple gems and the Making Waves shimmer trim to complete this fun birthday card.  The card design comes from the New Edition of Make It From Your Heart, Volume 4.  It is card design # 12.  I used Peacock Ink to stamp the sentiment, the images are stamped in Willow and Pansy.  I fussy cut the flower and pieced it ontop.  The Banner is popped using 3D foam tape.
