Seasonal Expressions 2 - New Product 2019

For my project I decided to create this 2 page layout.  I used the Sweet Girl collection including the Navy embellishing thread, and the scrapbooking stamp set.  The Ink colours used are Heather, Peach and Fern.  I used Ballerina cardstock for the journalling space, and Fern cardstock for the strip between the 2 patterns.  I'll be using this layout for my upcoming class for beginner scrapbookers.

May Cross Canada Blog Hop - Sweet Girl

For my project I decided to pair Sweet Girl with May's Stamp of the month.  I needed a few birthday cards, and this stamp set is just perfect the right fit.  I used the Happy Birthday sentiment along with the flower from this set.I used the shimmer brushed to color in the flowers to give them a soft and shimmery look.  Also used is the White Ribbon.  The sentiment is stamped in Heather Ink.

May SOTM Blog Hop - To My Bestie

I decided I wanted a soft looking card to give to my best friend, just because, and May's SOTM fit the bill.  I used the sentiment "I could not ask for a better friend" because she has seen me at my best and at my worst and still loves me just the way I am.  The Sweet Girl paper collection fit the soft look I was going for.  I used Ballerina and Sapphire ink for my stamping, and I used Mink and Peach cardstock along with the Sweet Girl paper.  I also used a piece of vellum to soften the bottom layer.  For some detail I used the new Lace Border Thin Cut on the Peach cardstock.
